Biography
John Sitilides is Principal at Trilogy Advisors LLC in Washington, D.C., specializing in U.S. government relations, geopolitical risk, and international affairs. He is also a National Security Senior Fellow at the Foreign Policy Research Institute.
He advises corporate executives, investment managers, and civic audiences on geopolitical and geo-economic risks affecting markets worldwide. Under multiple U.S. administrations, he served as Southern Europe Regional Coordinator at the State Departmentās Foreign Service Institute. Previously, he was Board Chairman of the Woodrow Wilson Center Southeast Europe Project and Executive Director of the Western Policy Center, where he led its 2004 merger with the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars.
A frequent national security commentator, Sitilides has testified before Congress and appeared on Bloomberg News, CNN, FOX News, and NewsNation. His insights have been featured in major publications, including the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, and Washington Post.
His domestic clients include leaders in real estate, home construction, agribusiness, aviation, and emerging technology, with expertise in environmental regulatory reform and private property rights. He began his career in the U.S. Senate and on successful political campaigns.
Sitilides holds a Masterās in International and Public Affairs from Columbia University and is a member of multiple professional organizations, including the Intelligence and National Security Alliance. He and his wife, an attorney and businesswoman, have four sons.
